I don't know it is zero or the letter O in the number.
I went to have the car done the safty test with owner.
Ant the mechamic tell us there was an aciddent on the car, we need to do some special test.
"Brand rebuild" is on the tile.
Could you help me to find out the detail report , and what is the aciddent? If it is serious , I don't want to buy.
