there are some factories nearby ottawa? it is said there are a good ice wine factory in Kanata. But i don't know where it is. somebody know about it? i want to visit the factory these days.

The so-called ice wine factories are just some stores that supply grape juice and a plastic bucket. They make "ice wine" for you in those buckets. It's really just cheap stuff. For people who doesn't know anything about wine, it tastes sweet (and nice). For people who knows about wine, that's just garbage.

agree. The weather condition there makes the Niagra Falls Peninsula the best place to brew ice wine in the world.
