急问：申请配偶团聚，进度和担保人的居住地有没有关系（魁省和安省）

现居渥太华，正准备下月递表申请配偶团聚，但刚在HULL买了房子，工作也在那边，想搬过去，但不知担保人的居住地会不会影响申请的进度。听一朋友说担保人住在魁省的话，等移民局批复的时间要长一些，不知是否属实？请热心人指点。

Not too much difference. If you are Quebec Resident, your case might be a little bit longer because of the CSQ application. I just sponsored my wife to Quebec. It took about 3 months.

By the way, is your spouse living in Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan or Guangxi? If so your spouse's case will be sent to Hongkong and the whole process will be longer.
