Alexander carpet company gave a estimate for the house. It just cost $4100（include remove disposal old carpet ,Tax and everything） to replace the 2cd and 3rd floor carpet(ground floor do not need to change carpet). We are willing to pay this money to the buyer, so $239k is very atractive price without agent

same as this one, we will put it on market next week with picture and description. their price is $269K

The price of the material went up. How much is the gas price now?
The price of a big single house at good location in Ottawa was $20K 35 years ago. That is just 2 years rent for a apartment today. $50k can buy a big part of Kanata 50 years ago. It worth billion now.
