Q. How do I check my voicemail from my Fido Handset?
To check your voicemail on my Fido handset, you need to dial your local voicemail access number. There are several ways to do this:
1) Dial the actual voicemail access number of your city.
2) Dial "3436" (FIDO) on your handset.
3) Dial "1" on your handset if your phone is a Fido branded phone or if you have set your the default voicemail access number of your handset to your local voicemail access number.
After this, the automated voicemail system will request your PIN. Enter it followed by the "#" key.

Q. I am a new Fido customer, what is my default voicemail PIN?
Your default PIN is a 4 digit number constructed from the date of your activation. The first two digits is derived from the month and the last two digits from the date. (ex. January 1 = 0101) You can change this PIN after your first log-in to Fido's Voicemail Retrieval system.
