the cheapest way would be Canada Post. I have sent 10 boxes of books to the US by UPS ground service. It took about 5 days and the cost was $200 Canadian.

Are the Canada Post and UPS ground service the same thing?
Is the price calculated based on the total weifht or number of boxes?
What is the weight of your books totally?

UPS and Canada post are two different way of shipping. UPS is faster but more expensive than Canada post. Either way, they will charge you based on either weight or size, whichever way is more expensive. Since you are shipping books, I think weight will be the way to calculate the cost. I shipped a total of 100 kg books (10 cases and 10 kg per case)
