If many people in your building/area use Rogers, it's possible to slow down the speed.

因为rogers high speed is a shared media technology, 如果你所在地区用户很多, 速度会满下来.

here is my test result:
2002-10-21 12:27:41 EST: 927 / 183
Your download speed : 927951 bps, or 927 kbps.
A 113.2 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 183612 bps, or 183 kbps.

国内的网站, 可能是server慢or 到中国的带宽窄.
