A brand new apartment condo with 2 bedrooms (ensuited bath in the master bedroom) and a den available for rent on Oct 1st. The building is located in a very nice area close to the intersection of Merivale & Meadowlands, just right behind the future shop and Best Buy on the Merivale Rd. The building is walking distance (3-5mins walk) to the big shopping area, and a very convenient place to live, especially for the seniors. Also all rooms have excellent views as well. Since the place is brand new (I just bought it), all 5 applicances (including dryer and washer) are brand new as well. The living room has all maple hardwood floor with upgraded carpets in both bedrooms. The reason I rent out this new condo is because I am leaving for Toronto to work very shortly. This is not really a renting apartment instead it's only for sale. Most of people living there are seniors, so it is absolutely quite and secure. It will also be very good for young working couples.
