[问题] who knows something about Market America?

A friend invites me to join Market America, a kind of comerical activity similar to direct sales or something like that. I was told to introduce two persons to the company and buy some products of the company,and two or three years later, I can receive about 100000 USD/year permanently. It seems exciting but in the mean time a kind of trap or trick. I appreciate it very much if any of you can give some suggestions.

Just like most bussiness chances, somebody may success while other ones don't. You have to have strong personal skill, work hard, and be lucky. I know some people who are really successful, but many people are not. But anyway, it is an opportunity.
