现在要将他省的驾照转魁省，要提供他省的医疗卡或在他省居住超过6个月的证明。而且不知道持有他省的医疗卡但没在原省住满6个月可不可以，没敢问下去，因为我打算拿他省的医疗卡试试

因为我今天打电话约换驾照，约完后我问他们我需要带什么证件。

可以用信件证明，比如银行对帐单，水电费单等等。

I was told to bring the health card of Quebec not other province's or the bills which can show your current address in HULL. why did you say to bring the health card of the previous province where you lived?

I don't know,but they asked me to bring the Ontario health card

I think they want to confirm that I actually lived in Ontario before,maybe they found that a lot of resident in Quebec applied drive license in Ontario,and then made a transfer, I guess.
