请问这样的情况可否写complaint letter

complain if you have anything to prove your reservation, such as comfirmation #.
 
你如果定好的他们临时说不给你,当然要complain

comfirmation# 一个月前订的时候就拿到了

反正我就是觉得他们这么做不太负责任 估计因为长周末 车都安排出去了
 
这种情况下应该给你免费升级到他们有的好车. 我上次定个小CAR, 但他们没有了就给了我一辆VAN, 但还是用的CAR的租金.
 
这种情况下不是COMPLAINT就算了, 一定要拿到车. 有comfirmation# 就等于签好了合同. 打电话过去或者亲自过去找MANAGER.

when you have a comfirmed reservation and can not get the car your reserved, the rental company will automatically upgrade your reservation to the next available car. In your case, with the comfirmation in hand, you should march to the company and demand an upgrade. If you still cannot get it (if they are sold out), ask to talk to the manager. Your bottom line is to get the car or get some deal for your future rental. cheers.

他们应该给你free upgrade to whatever they have
不行就往上捅,manager应该不是最大的
 
complain !!! Escalate it!!!

not only you should get the car, also ask for compensation!!!

It is easy to take the reservation. But it is not easy to keep it.:D

Why Not?

Jerry said they only know how to take reservations, but don't know how to keep them. This is their management problem. They obviously overbooked.
