7月31日我从北京经TORONTO到OTTAWA丢失了托运行李,现仍没音信.

有人有相同经历的吗?

高手指点一下!!!
 
lost luggage is very common, but most of the time, you will get them back.
or you wil be compensated. Just wait for a while.
 
我们回来时丢了stroller,在机场申报了,但一直没有找到。我从加航网站
打印了申述表,填的价格是39元,连同机票一起寄去。三个月后收到加航的
50元支票。
 
已经3天多了,问加航毫无头绪.
箱里有很重要的东西,包括家里老人来访所备的3-4个月的药等.

急!!!
 
we got same situation when my dad came here

You need talk to luggage guy at airport, with your air ticket, they can tell on which flight your luggages were, and confirm your address, usually
they will deliver to your place next day. But they will call you before they deliver. So make sure someone is home if you left home phone number to them.

有的是个把月以后才找到的。

你应该有个CLAIM的号,在网上都可以查,或常去电话问。
重要的是要描述清楚你的箱子,他们容易找。
 
FYI:
我也是乘那一航班到Ottawa并掉了行李.但第二天中午他们送到了我家.我查看了行李标签,它是乘晚上的航班过来的.祝你好运找回行李.
 
我都丢了三回了,有一次一箱子里有三个雅马哈笛子,还好,都找回来了.

箱里的药是老人每天须依赖的,并另有重要私人物品.


当时就在机场CLAIM过了. 几天来经常上网并打电话AIRCANADA, 但5天了仍无消息.

还有啥招呢?
 
It had a happy ending!

We received a call from Air Canada (Toronto) this morning asking if we lost a baggage. It matched what we described. Then it was sent to Ottawa right away and we picked it up from Ottawa airport this afternoon.

The whole story is that the regular tag was lost after checked in somehow by unknown reason. Fortunately we attached a small piece of information tag with our phone number on it. Eventually somebody found that information then located us.

Some lessons learned: 1. make your check-in luggage look unique and outstanding; 2. pay attention to an even small info tag, it is better to write down your address, telephone # etc.

还算幸运了,尤其是赶机场上事故这几天
 
前年回国, 加航, 温哥华到上海, 一个大箱子没了.
过了三个月才给找回来, 说是到西班牙巴赛罗那还是马德里去转了几个月;

箱子已经有些许损坏, 因为无法找到主人信息, 把箱子撬开了查找对照相关申报信息等等...

经验教训:
1. 箱子上最好挂上小tag, 写上目的地的地址电话等等(最好英文),
2. 箱子不一定非要锁.
3. 加航的服务水准估计和加拿大政府差不多, 管理混乱, 粗放马虎, 对他们不能有太多指望.
 
我这次回来也丢了行李,原因比较简单,原定的航班取消了,我临时改登了另一班飞机。
但行李是在国内check-in的,所以没跟我一起回来。
不过,机场的效率还是有的,隔天早上就有人敲门送上来了。

教训:
航班如果有改动,一定要询问自己的行李
不能忽视!
