要是开2年就扔，就可以考虑。
俺同事两千五买了个二手的，具体年份不详，开起来象个拖拉机，但是一想能挨到另一个车付完可以换这辆就信心大增，俺们上班路上看过他趴在417边上等救援。

我朋友98年的NEON去了一次纽约，回来就大修一次，C$3000

我的是在车行买的,95年的,跑的还行.出了正常的维修,还没趴过,也没大修过.

一个韩国朋友的95-96年neon坏了到车行去修，修完后反倒开不了了。车行和dealer都查不出毛病。查资料可能2002的车型有较大改进。据说毛病车比例较高。

96 Neon for 2 years,
louder, but more powerful and more stable than many import small car.
No trouble.

Newer model should be fine.

The problem of Neon is that it's designed to be a ecnomic compact car, but it has a quite powerful engine. The body and electronic system is not reliable enough to handle the horse power it has. It's a problematic car, the outlooking and speed is pretty nice though.
