问个报课的事情!!!

那个学校的主页上面有写学校尾数多少到多少什么时候开始报课的,那个时间是

根据哪里的时候啊?加拿大的还是我们国内的呀??

还有,我去了Class Schedule,找到我要报的课,但前面没有格子可以让我

可以划勾,那通过add or drop那个玩意能报上课吗??

没有格子可以让你可以划勾的原因可能是：还没到你选课时间，或者课满了。

但用了那个add or drop,要不说是section closed或者reserve closed,那怎么办啊?
学校说我是11号才能报,但我能报时都满了,学校管不管??

想问，为什么2年级要最后报名？为什么为什么？到时候课程当然都满了。

可以去department 找advisor,不过好像是本系学生优先吧。
比如你是工程，想报一门哲学课，但是满了。找deparement他们会说，你是我们系吗？不是我们系你非报不可吗？你很急吗？不能明年再报吗？为什么要报这门呢？不能报别的吗？……

1.the 3rd/4th year need some credit to proceed or to graduate, so they are in priority,

2.the first year need to get a good start, as they need to get a chance to pick

3.the 2nd year have had their turn when they were first yer, but did they didn't use it, well, that wasn't a problem for anyone else.

For the departments, they will put all their own major students throught first, since those students HAVE to take certain courses. But for elective, students can always pick something else, that is why it is call elective.
