G1 能买车和上牌照吗？

月底才能考G2， 最近有时间，想先把车买了。
G1的照能买车和上牌照吗？

Yes, possiblely but some insurance companies don't accpet G1 driver because they are taking more risks from G1 drivers than G2 drivers plus even if they accept you, your premium will be much higher than the ones with G2.
