请问没有固定电话是不是可以申请 bell sympatico的高速上网？现在有什么优惠吗？

用ROGERS上网和电视就没关系，不需要装固定电话

可以,bell和rogers都可以不申请电话/cable只要internet. 你最好给bell打个电话, 问一下你想申请的internet srevice是不是要收租用modem的钱. 好象是如果你同时使用他们的电话或cable service(rogers), modem免费, 如果只申请internet, 申请不同的internet网速, 有的要收modem费, 有的不收modem费.

bell symaptico 是用电话线的,而且你要付$10/月的modem租用费除非你和他们签一年合同.

Rogers的固网电话比Bell都贵，反正我两家都不会用

You need to call 310-7873 for details. The policy of Bell on "dry on the loop" service is "you don't know if you don't ask". Basically, they assign a phone number without dial tone to a physical line. The service is still characterized by a phone number.
