Or send the ICI a fax asking for a postphon./

I called them before, in Ottawa, they said if you do not appear on the day, they will re-arrange another day automatically,
there will be another notice by mail around 4-16 weeks later.

call them to make sure, in the morning is the best time, line is not busy
