Water Heater Rental

Recently I compared with my gas bill with a coworker who pays significantly lower than we do. I first thought everyone pays the same amount of money that appears on Enbridge's bill if you rent one hot water tank from them. That got me searching their residential site for detailed information. I looked almosted everywhere but came with nothing. I am paying $18.17+GST, my coworker pays $10.xx. Anyone has any ideas what's going on or can refer me to a better site for info?

Mine is about 9 year's old, I would buy a new one when it's beyond 15 years instead of renting.

There are fully-armed policemen with machine guns, at least two police cars as well as other police vehicles parked in front of 340 Stoneway. Wonder what happened??? Another drug bust in Barrhaven?

As to the incident, didn't see anything in the news. As to the house and community, looks like business as usual.
