Looking for experienced website designer

This is a temporary contract work (one week). The desired qualification is:
1) 2+ year high traffic website working experience:
2) familiar with database driven web application development;
3) Deep knowledge or experience on email distributing tools, on-line payment, etc.
4) Strong self-start.

The compensation: base payment $500/week, bonus upon the quality of delivery.

This is not a pure web designer position. In other words, you need a web designer and an e-commerce developer, at least.
