Has anyone recently used "duct cleaning" service? Any information is appreciated?

I always believe "you pay for what you get" but I have been given quotations ranging from $160 to $459 for the same house (4 yrs old,a total number of 30 registers/vents plus AC coils). Everyone boasted that they could do the best job.

That is why I am confused.
