性价比=性能指标/价格，这里面价格是可以立刻得到的数值，而性能指标本身并不是一个可以测量的数值，必须通过你的指标系统来间接综合。例如：总性能指标得分=性能1指标*权值1+性能2指标*权值2+....
我个人认为，数字摄象机性能指标可以分为以下几个部分：
1。录制格式：DIGIT8，HI8，MINIDV，...
2。CCD镜头象素：45万，68万，1百万，1.3百万...
3。MOVIE扫描线数：500，520，530...
4。光学变焦倍数10X,18X,20X,23X,25X （数字变焦不提也罢）
5。输入输出接口：USB，IEEE1394，AV/S
6。MEDIA卡容量
7。厂家提供电池寿命
8。夜拍效果
9。声音效果
10。外观/手感（此项不易量化）
然后个人对自己的选择重点不同设置不同的权，计算最后的总性能

你的要求不高，有很多选择，从经济的前提出发，
如果只是要求摄像，对照相功能不苛刻的话，买68万像素的镜头就可以；
如果要求质量仅比VHS模拟的高，HI8的摄象机就可以满足你的要求；
接口方面，和电视连一般用AV/S端口，这个一般的摄象机都提供，和计算机连有三种方式，一种是USB，可以接上电脑当摄像头，就可以使用NETMEETING；二是买个AV/S端口的视频采集卡装在电脑上采集；三是买个IEEE1394卡装在电脑上，也是视频采集卡的一种，价格较贵。
所以完全经济的方案是采用第二种，买个直接采集MPEG格式，也就是VCD格式的采集卡可以了，现在有些电视卡上也有这种接口，所以可以考虑买这种功能二和一的卡。
说道这里好象有些跑题，和摄象机本身并无多大关系，我只想说明，如果只是录制VCD，带AV/S端子的摄象机就可以了。
室外旅游摄像，如果你的手不是特别羸弱，买个非迷你型的摄象机会省不少钱。
电池方面，一般都有1小时以上的容量，建议你先用厂家电池，用过一段时间后如果不够再购置新电池。因为户外摄影并不会每分钟都开着机器，中间会有好长的空间是不开机的，这是我个人的意见，因为当初我加买了个容量三小时的电池，最后发现，80%的情况下，一小时的电池就可以了，晚上还可以充电嘛。
综上所述，你可以买一款：20X 到 25X光学变焦的HI8摄象机，这个功能的选择也很多，实在不能一一列举，一般来说，SONY的图象会好些，价格也贵，但我认为区别不大，所以从价格考虑，买JVC/CANNON/PANASONIC/Samsung都可以。
以下连接是Samsung的SC-W73 Hi8mm Camcorder，这个价格够诱人了吧。
最后要提醒的是，便宜是由于逐步退出流行，所以如果你很在意你的型号太旧，买MINIDV的摄象机会稍微好些。

I checked the web site of futureshop. There is no AV/S mentioning in SONY Hi8.
Under "input", it says "No"
While the higher level SONY DCRTRV25 MiniDV Camcorder, "input" says:iLink/IEEE1394,Analog
What does "iLink" mean?
Does "Analog" here referring "AV/S"?
