A bright room in a townhouse in Paul Anka (take 87 or 146 or O-train to CU, take 87 to OU), with huge window, carpet floor. Also, comfortable Furniture can be provided. Wash machine is available in the house and the dryers can be used in the closed apartment. Roomates are really nice persons!
