我在future shop买了东西，过了几天发现bestbuy也有同样的东西但价钱便宜。就去找future shop作price match.他们给我退了差价，但不退差价的10%。因为他们说future shop和bestbuy现在是一家。请问是这样吗？谢谢

Yes what they said is true.

agree with SUVrider.

futureshop and bestbuy are the same company.
Their price match policy still works to each other, but
their price beat policy (beat price by 10% of the difference)
won't work in this case. Because simply they cant beat their
own price.
