由于我有急事要回中国, 为了计划好行程, 需要知道多久才能宣誓, 有谁最近刚接到宣誓通知或刚宣誓完的 , 请告诉一下, 考试和宣誓之间的时间, 非常感谢!

you can write a letter( or a statement)or make a phonecall to CIC that you are not available for a certain period of time. CIC will schedule your oath of citizenship based on your availability.

Which CIC i write to, because my file has been transferred to Scarborough, shall I write to the same CIC or local citizenship office? Please advise. Thanks again!
