[问题] looking for family doctor

I have been in Ottawa for about 2 years, and never thought about looking for a family doctor before. Now my wife will come here soon, for my family and for real Canadian life, I should find one.

But I tried several times, it seems it's really hard to find a family doctor these days.

Can anybody suggest one to me?
