有没有人愿意讲讲对买condo的意见？

对于两个人来说，未来几年不会要孩子的话，买condo这主意怎么样？两房一den的单位不知道在渥太华在什么价位上？当然放弃的享受很多，比如没有后院前院，楼上楼下，管理费高等等。可是condo省去了很多house owner要干的活儿，也不错啊。最近几年好像condo涨价幅度比house大，这可能是个不利因素吧？

condo 要交很多管理费 还不如town house 以后卖出去也方便。

By Royal Lepage: in past 5 years, 10% 1st-time home buys opted for Condo, now 21%, because of lower selling price, also condo fee includes water bills, home insurance, ... repairs, snow removal grass cutting...

but 20 more project is under construction, so in the near future, it's difficult to say it is a seller market or buyer market

For me, I like freehold with big yard, I like DIY

这看你怎么看，Downtown 那些 apartment condo 的 condo fee 应包括了property tax. 你现在每月的property tax 背下来每月也有 300 多巴。

Wow, This is a very luxurious one. Even given the good location, the price is still a bit too dear.
