对于两个人来说,未来几年不会要孩子的话,买condo这主意怎么样?两房一den的单位不知道在渥太华在什么价位上?当然放弃的享受很多,比如没有后院前院,楼上楼下,管理费高等等。可是condo省去了很多house owner要干的活儿,也不错啊。最近几年好像condo涨价幅度比house大,这可能是个不利因素吧?

condo 要交很多管理费 还不如town house 以后卖出去也方便。

but 20 more project is under construction, so in the near future, it's difficult to say it is a seller market or buyer market

For me, I like freehold with big yard, I like DIY
 
centrepointe townhome condo 210k, management fee about 240 per month. Downtown apartment condo also at that level, check www.MLS.ca. condo fee may be at 400-500 per month.

这看你怎么看,Downtown 那些 apartment condo 的 condo fee 应包括了property tax. 你现在每月的property tax 背下来每月也有 300 多巴。
