Just wanted to let you know that I am currently looking for a Network Support Analyst who is experienced with supporting Juniper Networks. This is a perm position in Calgary starting ASAP.

Here are the details:
Our client is looking for a perm. Network Support Analyst to provide courteous and professional support to customers experiencing service difficulties in a friendly, proactive manner as well as support of our international high-speed backbone network.There will be some monitoring and troubleshooting of ATM, Ethernet and IP networks as well as maintaining documentation of services. You will also work in close conjunction with the engineering department and NOC to resolve service issues in an expeditious manner.
You will be a graduate of a post-secondary institute with a degree/diploma in a computer related field. You will have technical knowledge of routers, LAN switches, ATM networks and SONET infrastructure as well as experience in Layer 3 and VPN provisioning and support (preferably Cisco and Juniper).
This is a permanent role.
