I love futureshop cuz it always has something which has a big discount and lowest price guaranteed my pc was bought from computer city in toronto (which has already bankrupt and taken by futureshop)

My friend mentioned to me he had bad experience with one guy who has advertisement in Chinese newspaper asking for C$40-80. per hour.
The guy even said he won't like to deal with Chinese even if he is chinese. How many people here can earn $40 a hour?
My friend was told his XXX of PC was down and useless, and was suggested to buy one used YYY from this guy. 2 days later, XXX was not bad at all, while YYY was in trouble.

I had almost the same problem as yours. Here is how my PC was fixed:

I recommend to re-assembly your machine in a pure environment
(remove unnecessary components out, just leave, motherboard, power
supply, CPU with cooler fan, video card and memory, without computer
housing). Make sure that it is no problem in a pure environment then installed it into case one by one carefully, and find out which device cause the problem.

Before do these things please be sure the power supply is working. and also you can clear the CMOS and set the MB to jumper free mode first .
