想请问一下各位，是不是新来的移民，保险公司都是以HIGH RISK DRIVER来对待，放到 THE FACILITY ASSOCIATION MARKET 保一年？
但是，我们当初买车的时候，那个经纪并没有跟我们提过任何的关于这方面的事情。
前段时间，我们收到了一封信说:"you are entitled to have your insurance coverage placed with a regular insurance company market. as a result, we are unable to provide renewal coverage on the above listed vehiele through the Facility Association market for high risk drivers.
