[请求] Contact Info for disposing used cars

Could anybody please share how to dispose a used car? The car still runs OK to wherever it goes to stay.

Can you sometimes make a few bucks for such cars?

Do you have to go to Ministry of Transportation to do any paper work?

Can you provide a phone# or any other contact info please?
