what is the rate for saving account

hi, want to know the rate of depositing 10k for one year or two,
i am banking in scotia bank, TD, cibc. where can i find the information, are there any web site for this?

3% from ING savings account, it's not one year or two years GIC, that means you can withdraw it whenever you want.

but remember, for ING. yes you get great rate but

you have to associated to one of the regular bank account that might charge you $$ to deposit and withdrawn to ING.

what if you need money right away, can you wait for 3 business days to have your money taken out?
