哪家builder 比较好啊，有啥优缺点呢?

正在买房子犹豫不决呢.

Richcraft is beeter. The new house built by Richcraft is much better than Minto.

When you buy new house from minto, you do not have too much choicce in lot since Minto has already make the decide on which lot to build which model.
But from Richcraft, you can pick up the lot you prefer and then ask them to build whatever model you like.

Another point Richcraft has more choice on new house models.
