This is a clean, quiet room(>10M2) on the second floor in a downtown house, It is very convenient for Shopping and laundry. The location is about in the middle of OU and Carleton U. It is easy to ride bus to Ottawa University. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with other OU graduate students.

The rent is so cheap that maybe you thought the room is not good. But in the fact it is good, though not very good. You will find it is really a bargain.

Single nonsmoking student is the first consideration of ours.
