Background
Our client will develop this product:
• Voice Recognition and thumbprint based access & control
• Close circuit video monitoring (lobby, door, parking, etc)
• Advanced facilities security
• Guest & delivery security card systems
• State of the art identity based, digital ID security
• Leading edge integrated emergency response systems
• Secure networks, data storage, email and Antivirus protection
• Voice activated response systems for home settings and services
• Personalized portal
The current focus is on the creation of a proof of concept show suite for a proposed iCondo building project.
Role and Responsibilities
A project administrator is required for the proof of concept show suite. The project administrator is responsible to:
・ Maintain and update master project schedule as per input from the project manager, solution team lead and solution architect
・ Develop status reports (weekly) for client reporting
・ Develop status reports (weekly) for internal reporting
・ Coordinate meetings and record and distribute meeting minutes
・ Source and order software/hardware as requested by project technical leads
・ Draft and distribute internal/external communications
Required Experience
The project administrator must have the following experience:
・ 4+ years in project administration for IT development projects (including tasks outlined in Role and Responsibilities section)
・ excellent communication skills
Other Notes
This project will be delivered in a rapid development environment with tight timeframes and many contributors. As such, it is essential that the project administrator be self-directed and able to prioritize and organize many different initiatives in a short amount of time.
PORTAL/INTEGRATIION AND MULTIMEDIA ARCHITECT
Role and Responsibilities
The role of the portal/integration and multimedia architect is to provide architecture and related development services for the design and delivery of a proof of concept show suite for a proposed iCondo building project. Specific responsibilities are as follows:
・ Translate business requirements into an overall portal-based consumer solution
・ Lead the high level architecture design while keeping it inline with current requirements and longer time vision
・ Drive the creation of technical specifications
・ Participate in the construction and coding of key components of the solution
・ Communicate architectural concepts via technical documents and mentoring
・ Base tool selection and technologies for development on extensive background on portal projects
Required Experience
・ 5+ years experience as a technical/application/solution/system architect (as per responsibilities outlined in section Roles and Responsibilities above)
・ 3+ years experience in the design and development of portal solutions
・ 6+ years of Java (JDK, J2EE) development experience
・ 5+ years XML experience
・ 3+ years developing in the Web Service architecture including SOAP and WSDL
・ excellent communication skills (written and oral)
・ Experience in smart homes device and/or application development is highly desirable.

WEB PORTAL/DEVELOPER
Role and Responsibilities
Provide web development services related to the design and delivery of a proof of concept show suite for a proposed iCondo building project. Specific responsibilities are as follows:
・ Perform application design, systems analysis and programming activities which may require some research
・ Assist in development of the application architecture
・ Undertake research and, where required, prototyping to establish the feasibility of technical approaches.
・ Research problems discovered by QA and develop solutions to the problems.
・ Conduct unit testing and integration testing
・ Research new technology or development tools
・ Provide status and scheduling information to development lead
Required Experience
・ 5+ years experience as a Web/Portal developer (as per responsibilities outlined in section Roles and Responsibilities above)
・ 3+ years experience in the design and development of portal solutions
・ 5+ years of Java (JDK, J2EE) development experience
・ 3+ years XML experience
・ 2+ years developing in the Web Service architecture including SOAP and WSDL
・ excellent communication skills
・ Experience in smart homes device and/or application development is highly desirable.

・ Analyze and review Business Requirements
・ Participate in walk-through sessions of Requirements, Architecture and Design, etc.
・ Prepare the Master Test Plan and Test Cases
・ Conduct walkthroughs of the Test Plan and Test Cases
・ Identify any deviations from the Test Cases and recommend corrective action
・ Execute tests and verify expected results
・ Identify discrepancies between the expected results and the actual results of the tests
・ Coordinate activities of other testers, if applicable
Required Experience
・ 3+ years experience as a Lead Tester for web applications (as per responsibilities outlined in section Roles and Responsibilities above)
・ Comprehensive knowledge of the Project Life Cycle and Project Management Methodology
・ Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
・ Familiar with automated testing process
・ Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
・ Possess excellent documentation skills
・ Experience in smart homes device and/or application development is highly desirable.
