各位乒乓兄弟姐妹， 我刚看好了一套房子，basement有10`9 * 27`1, 请问这样的大小（宽度）能否正常打乒乓球，望有经验的兄弟姐妹不吝赐教。谢过了

What do you mean " 正常 打乒乓球", as you did in the open air ?
possibly no way.
but you can 打乒乓球 since I have a table tennis table in my basement

You must know that the location of the steel supporting poles in the basement, and the height of the basement will prevent you from " 正常 打乒乓球" even the size of your basement is roughly big enough
