买过Urbandale房子的朋友请进。

最近看中一个Urbandale的新房子。明年夏天才能搬进。 请问能跟Urbandale讲得下价钱来吗 有没有哪位最后成交价比Urbandale开价低的。 多谢。 还有就是有什么要特别注意的

Urbandale deals with agent. So if you really want to bargain with them about the price, find an agent, then share the 2% (?) deduction with the agent...

If you bargain with them by yourself, I doublt it..I tried before, failed

Really? I called an agent and she told me there is no room for price negotiation with builders. I like Sacramento very much too. But it is too expensive. can't afford it.
