最近买了Tartan 的朋友们请进

请问有人成功讲价的吗 Sales 会把价钱降低一点吗? 或者用在 upgrade 上也行?

我指的是新造的房子 不是那些Inventory 的房子。

They may reduce the price if they want to get rid off the last 2 or 3 lots in that phase. If they do so, they will put it on paper, that means everybody can get the deal if they buy it. Even if Tartan is a small company, 但办事比较有规矩。
