急，帮忙啊！！哪家的furnace比较好啊？？？

**** 急！！！！！！ 什么公司，什么牌子的 furnance 性价比最好？****
房子是比较小的townhouse， 因为有chimney的关系(其实我也没弄明白)，反正就是只需要装 mid-efficiency 的 furnance就够了。

问了好多家，比较了好些，可怎么越来越糊涂啊：(

所以看有没有装过furnance的朋友有什么经验可以分享一下。


我的调查如下：

1.Direct Energy (最贵的一家)

提供一种牌子是 Trane 带 DC MOTOR 的mid-efficiency furnance + humidifier + digital themostat

税前 $3821。75 (当然还有一个instant cash rebate $275)

2. HeatTech

牌子：Armstrong
不带DC MOTOR 税前 $1715
humidifer： $315
如果要装digital themostat, 自己去home depot 买，免费帮装，但之后不保证service.

3. FurnaceFatoryDirect

牌子：Coleman
不带DC MOTOR 税前 $1799
humidifer： $300
digital themostat: $100

4. SampleHeating & Air Conditioning

牌子：Comfortmaker
不带DC MOTOR 包税 $2200
带DC MOTOR 包税 $3000

Heat teck did one for me about five years ago. I do not have problems, although I have sold the house.

It is the cheapest company.

Try the high efficient one. There is no chimney and it also have a pipe to provide fresh air directly to the burning chamber. So you will save more natural gas.

For the mid-efficiency one, there will be a hose to bring air to the house... I am not sure whether this is the case now.
