代朋友请教个问题-如何办理单身证明？

我朋友是加拿大移民，北京已取消了户口，现在打算在北京领结婚证，但是需要她开个单身证明。请问加拿大哪里办理？需要什麽证件来办理此事？另外她本人没时间回加拿大办理，请问可否找人代办，需要什麽手续？请尽量能详细一点。多谢了。

本人不在，难以办理。

Yes, Canadian embassy in Beijing. all your freind needs to do is:
1) tell them what she needs
2) swear that she has never got married before in Canada
3) pay the fee and wait
4) get the affidavi

这点要慎重，因为既然是团聚过来的那么加拿大已经承认婚姻的合法性（无论是在哪里结的），这个关系到以后团聚移民，这点还是问问吧，别回来弄个从未结婚的单身证明，人家查出来结过婚，欺骗可是很严重的。

这点要慎重，因为既然是团聚过来的那么加拿大已经承认婚姻的合法性（无论是在哪里结的），这个关系到以后团聚移民，这点还是问问吧，别回来弄个从未结婚的单身证明，人家查出来结过婚，欺骗可是很严重的。

谢谢，她会提供离婚证书的。就是近期无法回来办单身证，想代办。 anti-virus建议她到加拿大使馆申请affidavi。

I am not sure about this. she should be able to get something to show that she is now single from the Canadian embassy. I am sure the canadian embassy has had this kind of case before.
