请教GST/HST Credit 问题

我申请了去年的GST/HST credit, 现在收到税务局的信,要求我交
A Statement of Income for the period in 2001, when you were not a resident of Canada

1.为什么他们还要管我在来加拿大之前的收入?
2.是不是全年收入超过一定限额就拿不到GST/HST credit?
3.GST/HST Credit大概有多少

1. The decision of the GST/HST is base on your yearly income no matter if you are in Canada or not.
2. Yes.
3. Forgot the number. You should be able to find it in the tax form or check their web site.
