1. Royal Bank (ActionDirect). Service is excellent. Trading is fast. Commission fee $29.95
2. Etrade Canada. Customer Service is terrible. Every call need to wait for more than an hour. Trading speed is so so.

I heard Bank of Montreal own the best reputation in online trading in Canada. My friend uses it and feels very good.
