visitor visa extension

My mother is required to go through a medical examination when applying for her visa extension. I heard that the fee charged by the doctors (at designated locations which are listed on the immigarion document) varied a lot. Anybody knows about the price range and what is the lowest price you got? Thanks for any input.

Last year, 155CAD include doctor exam, blood test and X-ray.
