It is unlikely you'll find donkey meat, frog meat, or rabbit meat here in Canada. So don't worry about these items! Eat like you normally do before the pregnancy, just healthier, because you don't want to get diabetic (from excess sugar) or gain too much weight from overeating. For me, I always drink milk and eat lots of veggies/fruits daily, which includes watermelon, celeries, banana, etc...whatever else is on the "not to eat" list! So no worries, just enjoy the healthy food and pregnancy.
Nature will have its way!
