How to use pgAdm III for PostgreSQL?[请求]

Can anyone tell me how to use pgAdm III?

It is confusing that when I tried to connect to OU sever at home, after I entered everything, I found the ok bottom in dialog box is not ligten. Why is that?

How to work on the soft ware at SITE (OU)? Where to enter the SQL script?
