How do you know 在??可以找到合唔的? You have to sponsor her for long time!

a chinese nanny, who cannot speak English, will be isolated from the community herself. therefore, she will not be able to provide a social environment for your baby's development.

Think about the extrem case where the nanny needs to call 911 or neighbour for emergency help!

some day care places charge by days, not hours. their schedule could be very flexible to fit your need.

hiring a nanny might be an economy way, if you have more that 2 kids and want to work. you can easily find an agent to help you hiring a Philippine nanny . there are many Philippine nannies around and they can speak English.

I do not know what they are request. I only need a person to take care of my baby. not others.
So I may try to find a good nanny for our country.
