I believe there is usually a dealer's sticker on the furnace.You can call them if they still in the bussiness. If there are not a sticker then try to find a dealer for your brand . It is like a car every furnace is litter different. And the many manufacture has warranty on the heat exchange for 20 years. mine is limited lifetime. For repair problem call the dealer is best.
