找车行买二手车要给多少手续费？车有guarantee吗？

如果没有guarantee，为什么要在车行买，还要给手续费。

Normaly, you may have 3months or 10000km major parts gurantee.
not 手续费, only more provincial tax.
They also would tune up you car before the selling.

Some dealers always provide warranty. Some dealers neg warranty with price. Some dealers always charges admin fee, some dealers neg it with price.

听说是7.5%交给政府，7%给dealer,如果私人之间交易，7%是不是就省下来了。
