On buying sofas in the brick

Anyone has experiences on bargaining buying some sofa from the Brick. There is some sale this weekend. We try to negotiate with the saleswoman and did not succeed. She told us that the price on the flyer can not be lowered any further. Anyone has successful experiences on bargaining the price on the promoted items?
