I have got all forms from License Office for selling the car. For my case, I don't need UVIP.

How to buy this vehicle:

(1) The buyer should have insurance first.
(2) We will go to License Office on Merivale office
(1516 Merivale Road, Nepean)
a. First I register it under my name as an unplate vehicle
b. I tranfer the ownership to the buyer

Please hurry up if anyone really wants the vehicle.
Next week I might put it in un-plate status and we can not do road testing.

Unplated---她的意思好像是牌照注册（牌照上面的小贴纸）快过期了。没有更新所以不可以上路做路试。但是过户没问题的。
