try Home Sense, they are from the same owner of Winners. They have some nice looking plates/bowls that are only a few pieces left. So the price is pretty good.

Last year, I puchased one set (about $300) which I feel is very delicate and fine. There are also sets in other price ranges.

You do not have to buy the entire set.

分开算的话,光盘子大概多少钱呢?

Mikasa is good, i like their dinnerwares, good quality.
It's better to buy the whole set, just save you trouble from matching other dinnerwares. If you really wanna mix and match, do it in the store, since the quality/patterns/style/ are similar, easier to match.
